JJ, jak píše Solaris. Aktualizace firmware probíhá při vypnuté amize na pc, jen se nahraje příslušný BOOT.bin soubor na microSD.
Po vložení microSD karty a zapnutí amigy je potřeba spustit instalátor, který propojí jednotlivé ovladače se ZZ9000. Před spuštěním instalátoru je potřeba mít v amize nainstalováno:- P96 (může být i verze zdarma z aminetu, já mám tu novou od Jense);
- Roadshow nebo jiný internet stack, pokud chceš být s amigou na internetu;
- AHI, pokud máš k ZZ9000 připojený i zvukový modul ZZ9000AX.
MAC adresu bys měl zadat tu, která je v manuálu, každý uživatel má jedinečnou. Když použiješ jinou, asi se nic nestane.Přiložené souboryKomentovat

ZZ9000 Firmware a driver update verze 2.01 GitHub- RTG: added the SetColorArray Zorro III batch palette path, optimized accelerated blits/fills/solid axis lines, restored P2C padded-stride behavior, preserved line draw modes, kept high-color mask behavior, and corrected the card library version.
- USB: added the Poseidon-compatible zzusbhw.device with root-hub emulation, chunked bulk transfers, async interrupt/poll handling, CopyMemQuick fast path, Zorro III autoconfig preference, and stability/performance fixes. The old usb-storage driver was removed, superseded by Poseidon plus SD boot.
- SD boot: added zzsd.device for HDF-on-FAT SD-card boot and integrated it into the firmware boot path with the boot ROM size guard.
- Audio: hardened zz9000ax.audio and mhizz9000.library for leaks, races, ownership handoff, DSP reset ordering, first-open DAC noise, and MP3/MOD transitions; added mixer defaults and ENV tunables documented in ZZ9000Installer/Docs/ahi-README.md.
- Network: ported ZZ9000Net.device to Bebbo GCC, fixed multi-open/close and init-completion issues, optimized RX/TX paths, added RX slot overrun accounting, and added zznetstats for SANA-II global statistics.
- Tools and installer: added ZZScanlines V2 and ZZTop V2 scanline controls, modernized the Commodore Installer flow, and made the release ZIP CI-populated from fresh builds.
- CI/release: GitHub Actions now builds the shipped components and publishes zz9000-drivers-v2.0.0.zip on tags.
- Docs and repository cleanup: refreshed readmes, release docs, credits/copyright, and binary-ignore rules.

Sound handled by the card (ZZ9000AX)
The ZZ9000 itself has no analog audio hardware — sound output and recording come from the optional ZZ9000AX daughterboard (stereo DAC, RCA jacks, Paula pass-through mixer, hardware MP3 decoder), sold separately. If you have one, firmware 2.8.0 rebuilds how it is managed: one firmware-side mixer and one carefully measured 48 kHz conversion core serve every sound path, so levels and quality stay consistent whether the noise comes from AHI, an MP3, or a recording.- Two audio programs at once. Playing music while another program also uses audio no longer causes dropouts — a single card-side mixer owns the output for all clients.
- Audio scenes. The firmware keeps the master mix and per-device level trims, with live level metering. The matching ZZTop Audio window adjusts all of it, and the settings persist in ZZ9000.CFG and survive reboots.
- A protection limiter, calibrated per card. A post-mix stereo limiter bounds the combined output; each card can store its own measured clean ceilings. Cards without saved measurements start from conservative defaults (Paula 48 / AX 80 with a parity baseline) — safe before you tune anything.
- AHI on the new engine. AHI playback runs as a first-class client: correct pause behaviour, honest failure reporting, and fair sharing with MP3 decoding.
- Stereo RCA recording. The ZZ9000AX line-in records as signed 16-bit stereo at the selected rate, alongside playback, including full duplex.
Native video- Match Amiga output. A new native output mode (centered_1080p_match) locks the output cadence to the Amiga's own raster instead of a fixed clock — refresh follows the input, PAL or NTSC, progressive or interlaced, with the interlace cadence repaired so woven fields stay aligned.
- Centered 1080p output. The unchanged 1280x1024 native picture can sit centered inside a monitor-friendly 1920x1080 frame with clean black borders, at fixed 50 or 60 Hz or in Match mode.
- Live picture calibration. With matched ZZTop, you move the captured picture with the cursor keys on a native test screen and save — no more edit, reboot, inspect, repeat.
- Stabler capture. Full-rate variants preserve the complete 28 MHz pixel stream including SuperHires detail, horizontal line origins no longer drift, NTSC fullscan keeps its aspect, and filtered capture is clocked off the E7M sample grid — the fixes behind the scandoubler artifact reports on A500/ZZ9500CX and A4000 systems.
- Faster RTG/native switching when both outputs use the same timing, and custom Picasso96 modelines with matched drivers.
The card as a coprocessor- Video playback on the card. The two ARM cores decode MPEG-1 video for the SDK's ZZPlay application — a window on Workbench or a dedicated screen — keeping the Amiga CPU free for the interface. (Music playback and MP3 decoding also run on the card, with output through the ZZ9000AX.)
- Image and archive acceleration. Firmware services accelerate JPEG and PNG work (including streaming decode of large images) and archive decompression — LHA/LZH, ZIP (stored and Deflate), gzip, tar/tar.gz, 7z and LZMA — with applications falling back safely when a service is unavailable.
- Networking. The Ethernet MAC programs SANA-II multicast hash filters, so IPv6 and service-discovery stacks receive their groups (paired with ZZ9000Net.device 2.4).
- Crypto. Accelerated TLS operations back the AmiSSL build shipped in the drivers package.
