From practical point of view, what it could be done is to write some sort of "driver" on tablet, which expose and HID interface to its USB port.
At that point, HID2AMI would be able to recognize it as a plain HID mouse device.
Most of effort is on tablet side, so.
I don't have such technical skills neither on Android nor in AppleOS, so I wouldn't be able to write it, but it won't be so difficult for a skilled Android coder I think
